Terms and Conditions

General Terms

  1. Superstrikes bowling accept no responsibility for any personal property that is brought into the centre.
  2. We pride ourselves on being a family entertainment complex and we ask our customers to be respectful to the facilities and to other customers.
  3. We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone into The Jet Centre and Superstrikes Bowling Alley.
  4. Anyone who is misbehaving will be asked to leave and no refunds will be issued.
  5. The Jet Centre operates a non smoking policy.
  6. Alcohol is not permitted on the bowling lanes or in the Centre itself.

Prices

  1. All prices are inclusive of Vat at 17.5%
  2. Prices are subject to lane availability and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  3. As Superstrikes Bowling regularly reviews their pricing policy, price information is subject to change without notice.

Bookings

  1. Bookings may be made in person at the bowling alley, over the telephone or online. All bookings must be paid for in advance.
  2. Bookings may be made up to 3 months in advance.
  3. Online bookings can be made for up to 12 people.  For larger bookings please contact us directly on 028 7035 0005
  4. A credit/debit card is required for all online bookings.

Birthday Parties

  1. All children’s birthday parties must be booked in advance and are subject to lane availability.
  2. A non refundable deposit of £20 is required at time of booking.
  3. Balance of payment is required on the day of the party.
  4. Parties are recommended for children aged between 4 – 12years
  5. Minimum number of children required is 6.
  6. Price includes one hour of timed bowling and then the party will move to a designated area to have their party food and drink.
  7. All parties are themed.
  8. We do not provide a birthday cake, but parents are welcome to bring their own.
  9. Whilst our staff will endeavour to make the party as enjoyable as possible, overall responsibility lies with the parent or supervisor.  It is the responsibility of the group supervisor to ensure that young children are supervised in such a way as to avoid accident or injury.
  10. For larger children’s parties or adult/corporate bookings please contact us directly on 028 7035 0003
  11. For all parties we recommend that teh group arrives 10 – 15 minutes beforehand to allow bowlers time to register and collect their shoes.

Cancellations

  1. Deposits are non refundable.
  2. Bookings may be cancelled by contacting us on 028 7035 0005.  Please note that 48hours notice is required on cancellations.  Failure to do so will incur a charge per booked lane.

Trademarks

  1. The Trademarks and Logo’s used on this site are the property of Superstrikes Bowling and Movie House Cinemas Ltd.
  2. No-one is permitted to use these Trade marks or Logo’s without the prior consent of Superstrikes Bowling and Movie House Cinemas Ltd.
  3. Any misuse will constitute an infringement of the relevant proprietor’s rights.
  4. No portion of this website maybe reproduced in any form without prior written consent from Superstrikes Bowling and Movie House Cinemas Ltd.
